FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: threaded profile of a part is formed by the calibrating segment whose width and height is greater than width and height of the threaded profile of the cylindrical rod. The threaded opening is calibrated and major threaded profile is screwed in relatively freely. Sizes of the opening are further decreased due to flexible deformation of a material of which a part to be fastened made. In so doing, the threaded joint is sealed. The screw stops itself due to increased resistance against screwing owing to calibrating part of the profile. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
