FIELD: utilization and transportation of natural gases. SUBSTANCE: clatrate compound including natural gases with fluorinated graphite has an empirical formula CFCly•zCHwhere x = 1.8- 2.5, y = 0.08-0.09, z = 0.12-0.22, and CHis methane, ethane, propane or butane. The product includes no graphite admixtures, is stable at as high temperature as 80 C, does not change its composition when treated with water at 20-30 C, has density 2.3 g/cu.cm, and dissociation pressure not exceeding 10atm at 22 C.
