FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electric capacitors with foil plates and impregnated paper dielectric. It may be specifically used in manufacture of wound mica-and-paper pulse capacitors. Invention makes it possible to raise specific characteristics, voltage of start of partial discharges and diminish level of partial discharges of mica-and-paper capacitors, to simplify manufacturing process by pressing of capacitors wound from two layers of metal foil with at least one layer of mica-loaded paper prior to impregnation with thermoreactive compound which viscosity at impregnation temperature amounts to 10-14 s by viscosimeter. EFFECT: raised specific characteristics of capacitors, simplified manufacturing process. |
