FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has spheric carcass made of two hemispheres formed by closed ring with arc-shaped cross-pice and compression spring from material possessing shape memory property. New in the design is rod additionally introduced into the inside of the spring, its ends projecting outside the spring. Spheric carcass is mounted on one end having one of hemispheres rigidly fixed and the other one being movably mounted and engageable with the spring to enable axial movement. Stopper is mounted on the other end of the rod over heat insulating cover. The entire spring in compressed state is placed into the internal cavity. The stopper is made of heat insulating material. Its engagement with the cover prevents the spring from being overheated. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation.
