FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: device has grouser 2 mounted on vehicle wheel by means of attachment unit 3. Shape of grouser corresponds to shape of working surface of tyre in cross section. Grouser is made in form of shoe consisting of several parts: side limiter 5 and two support parts 6 and 7. Part 6 is made in form of segment in development and is provided with cross protectors 8 over circumference of outer surface and with cuts subtending the protectors over circumference of inner surface. Second part 7 is made in form of rigid sector plate with attachment unit 3 in apex. Limiter 5 is made integral with curved segment part 6. Limiter 5 and sector part 7 are arranged symmetrically relative to part 6. Clamping device 16 has adjustable movable horizontal shaft 17 and tie bolts 19 located in corresponding projections on bases of support parts 6 and 7.
