METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF LACK OF PARALLELISM OF KEYWAY RELATIVE TO DATUM SURFACE

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: object 2 under measurement is placed on prism 1 in whose bisecting plane comparison plane is located. Object is placed by base cylindrical surface. Object 2 is rotated around axis Y - Y till point 8 of keyway surface gets in contact with stop 4. Then distance between point of contact of feeler gauge 7 and lateral surface of keyway and comparison plane 3 is measured. Difference between preset distance aand measured distance ashows lack of parallelism. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement. 2 cl, 1 dwg
