FIELD: mechanical engineering; machining of inner surface of pipes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method and universal module are used for coating inner surfaces of pipes with paints, polymers, enamels, metal coating of surfaces, shot-blasting, milling and checking of quality of pipe machined surfaces. In universal module operations of fitting the pipe to be machined onto machining bor and taking off of machined pipe are carried out simultaneously. Production line is made of universal module or group of modules in form of unified units which can be easily automated, provide ecological safety of process and can be easily retooled for machining of inner surfaces of long-cut hollow solids of revolution of different types. EFFECT: enhanced output, reduced production area occupied by equipment. |
