FIELD: fabrication of diamonds. SUBSTANCE: in preparing diamonds at high temperatures and pressures in the region of the diamond thermodynamic stability, the solvent for carbon contains, %: 30-80 iron, 0.5-8.5 manganese, 0.5-8.5 silicium, and also additionally 0.2-5 carbon and 0.5-20 of an alloy component selected from the group: vanadium, niobium, tantalum, copper, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, cobalt, and nickel. EFFECT: new solvent proposed. |
