FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device permits to carry search of biologically points and to effect onto these point by electric current pulses and optical radiation as independently, and simultaneously. Monitoring is performed to evaluate efficiency of influence. Aids are provided for influencing by optical radiation at such points only, which have parameters belonging to pathological areas of tissues. Device has unit for monitoring biologically active points, electropuncture unit, modulator. Output of modulator is connected to control input of electropuncture unit and to the first input of unit for controlling optical radiation source. Device also has active and passive electrodes, which are connected to input for controlling biologically active points and output of electropuncture unit through commutator. Unit for controlling biologically active points is provided with aids for determining condition of biologically active points from value of electric conductivity. Inhibition option is included for turning optical radiation source on, when values of the parameter are outside range of pathology. There is optical line calibration unit either.
