FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves extending one of cuts, forming skin-and-fat ribbon, to an extent equal to the length of the defect to be removed, after cutting out the ribbon having its width equal to that of the defect. The second cut is done in parallel to the extended cut. The second cut has the same length and is one width of the main skin-and-fat ribbon distant from the first one. The ends of the cuts are connected to each other with angular cut. The so produced skin-and-fat ribbon is separated from the underlying tissues retaining only feeding limb, turning for 160-170 deg and suturing with the wound surfaces to the main skin-and-fat ribbon. The rest free part of the main skin-and-fat ribbon is twisted to make a tube receiving in this way a stem-like flap with three feeding limbs one of which is round and two others being flat. The flat portion of the stem is used to form the defect to be removed immediately after its cutting off from the maternal surface. EFFECT: reduced number of operation stages; simplified method. |
