FIELD: pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: antimastopathy ointment containing vegetable oil, emulsifier, glycerol, lanolin, borax, ethanol, perfume and water has additionally bee wax, benzyl alcohol and tamoxifen at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: vegetable oil 15-17; emulsifier 7-9; lanolin 2-4; bee wax 1-3; distilled glycerol 2-4; borax 0.2-0.4; benzyl alcohol 0.5-1.5; ethanol 0.5-2.0; perfume 0.3-0.5, and purified water - the rest. Proposed antimastopathy ointment is applied on the mammary skin uniformly but on the damaged regions - at increased concentration and placed in magnetic field for 10-20 min. Procedure is repeated 4-8 times at 24 hr interval. Therapeutic effect is observed in 90% patients. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
