SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of controlled amplification at least one part of parental DNA that contains multitude restriction sites for definite specific restriction endonuclease in which at least one nucleic acid sequence part is unknown. Method can be used for DNA-fingerprinting in human, animal or plant species for identification of polymorphism length restriction fragments. EFFECT: improved method of DNA fingerprinting. |
