the first, the second, the third and the forth memory(12,14,15,18) which record the pixel data of an odd field, comprising dual ports of an input port and an output port; a record address-generating means(10) which makes each pixel data recorded in each memory, being connected to the memories(12,14,15,18); a read address-generating means(20) which generates an address to read the pixel data from the memories, being connected to the memories(12,14,15,18); a compensating means(22) compensating the pixel data outputted from the memories; and two selection means(24,26) selecting the even field data from the input pixel data according to the position of the odd field line and the movement vector value. |
