<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston adaptor mounted into a piston member of a rodless syringe and capable of being easily detached even if it is compressedly inserted into a cylinder member. <P>SOLUTION: A flange holding mechanism 211 attachably and detachably holding the piston flange 42 of the piston member 41 of the rodless syringe is arranged at the distal end of the piston adaptor 200, and a manually operating member 216 manually operated is arranged at the proximal end thereof, and an action interlocking mechanism 217 for detaching a flange holding mechanism 211 from the piston flange 42 in conjunction with the manual operation of the manually operating member 216 is arranged within the inside.
