The apparatus forms the corrugated panel used for an automobile interior material, a trunk trim, a door trim, a product safety box. The apparatus comprises: a T die(20) horizontally reciprocating a core block assembly(30) including a plurality of trapezoidal core block(31); a shaker(40) shaking the core block assembly(30) within the T die(20); a rotary plate(42) eccentrically connected to a motor(41) via a link pin(44); a link(43) installed among the link pin(44), a shaft(37) of the core assembly(30) and an end fixture(38) of an air supplying pipe(36).
