<p>A bag holder (1) having an inner ring (20) and an outer ring (30) formed as a one-piece member. The bag holder (1) is provided with a hinge point (40) between the inner ring (20) and outer ring (30) for allowing the outer ring (30) to pivot around the inner ring (20). A locking member (50) is provided for securing the outer ring (30) in place around the inner ring (20) to secure a bag (2) between the inner ring (20) and the outer ring (30).
