An implantable infusion pump with a housing (10) which accepts a bellows (12) containing a propellant generating a vapour pressure and forms a chamber (14) accepting a medicament and is fitted with a cut-off section (16) and a connector (18) for a catheter (20), in which the space (12) accepts at least one flexible plastic pouch (22) containing the medicament having a coupling (24) which can be fitted to the cut-off section (24).
