Bulk Density and Drying Economics of Amino Acids

A process for improving the solubility of hydrophobic amino acids in which hot saturated aqueous solutions of at least two different amino acids are combined, then cooled, and dried to a powder form. One of the amino acids has low solubility and the other has high solubility in water.
