All connection contact parts (5), fixed contact parts (6, 7) and switch contact elements (8-11) of a number of independent switches are formed from a single piece of sheet metal stamped and bent before being fitted into an insulating housing (2). The necessary bending operations all involve simple turns through angles in the vicinity of 90 deg. The rocker (4) is pushed into an opening in the housing until two stubs formed on the latter enter into pivot openings (33) in the rocker. The underside (34) under tension comes into contact with a bridging element having right-angled tabs which support the spring element (12).
