To give a mass-produce optic fibre cable, with the separate optic fibre bundles contained separately within protective tubes (8), the tubes (8) are each placed separately in a drilling in an alignment sleeve (4), pushed into place. A centering bush (3), with geometrically identical drillings to those in the alignment sleeve, is aligned on the sleeve, and the gap between them is filled with a setting adhesive. The set adhesive forms a warping plug, when the centering bush (3) and alignment sleeve (4) are removed. The adhesive is an epoxy resin. Also claimed is an appts. with a socket plate with at least one insert bush to hold the centering sleeve (3) and a carrier to hold the insert bushes. They have tubes (6) to hold and guide the protective tubes (8) up to and in the drillings in the guide sleeves (4). A space is formed between the guide sleeve (4) and the centering sleeve (3) defined at the sides by the wall of the insert bush. |
