The element has two adjacent, butting, profiled wall parts (2) of perforated metal, retaining a sheet metal plate (14) rectangular to the wall part planes, and welded to it. The wall parts are made of edged perforated sheet metal plates, fitted on facing sides with edge strips (16), contacting and welded to the gap plate. In the middle section (20) the perforated plates have a flat advance, dishing in the direction opposite to the edge strips. The wall parts retain a gap strip held in U-shaped clasps.
