Motor vehicle headlamp with removable housing for control electronics

The headlamp includes the removable housing (7) for control electronics, which fits on, and can be removed from, the cap (5) of an access hole (4) in the headlamp housing. The electronic control is for at leat one function. The cap has a piece to cover the hole and a projecting piece with a recess for mounting the electronics upon. This projecting piece has a rib that is supported on the back of the headlamp housing. Both the projecting piece and the electronics housing are shaped using flat surfaces and rectangular edges. The headlamp housing has other access holes, also with covers.
