The appts. includes an operating unit (2) with keys (6) to control at least one function of the whirlpool. The operating unit (2) is arranged to be movable relative to the whirlpool, particularly relative to its edge (22). The operating unit (2) can be moved into a first, lowered position and into a second, raised position. The unit (2) may be moved on a frame (14) with guide elements (16). The frame (14) may be inserted into a recess (20) eg. in the edge (22) of the whirlpool. The operating unit (2) may be arranged on a linearly movable carrier (32). The carrier is arranged such that the unit (2) selectively takes up the first or the second position. The unit (2) may also be arranged rotatably on the carrier (32) and/or may be arranged to pivot relative to the frame (14), about an axis parallel to the guide elements (16). A sensor may be provided to detect the angle of the operating unit (2) relative to the pool, the frame and/or the carrier. |
