The electric fan has first and second impellers(F1)(F2), which can blow much air in all directions at the same time. By supplying power to the motor No.1(M1) and motor No.2(M2), they generate rotating motion to the shafts(40)(90) respectively. And the fan impellers(F1)(F2) rotate to blow the air forward. The electric fan includes a worm wheel(42) which is in contact with the worm gear(41), a crank gears(44) generating crank motion of the crank arm(45), and a connecting rod(46) generating repetitive motion of the bracket No.1(60) and bracket No.2(70) with constant moving angle.
