<p>The cooking pan (1) has an upper edge (16) which is widened outwards to form a pouring edge. A handle (18) along the cover (17) diameter has a hook (19) fixed at one end which engages under the container widened edge. At its other end the handle has a second movable lever (20) forming a hook. The lever is mounted on the cover in a radial direction so as to pivot about an axis parallel to the container bottom (15a) and perpendicular to the radial direction. An opposing spring (24) is mounted between a depression (25) in the lower face of a thickened part (23) and a second depression (26) fixed to the handle. The spring holds the lever in its locked position. The cover also has a steam outlet passage (7) passing through it. This passage is partially closed by a movable tab (35) which can be manually displaced to close the stream outlet passage in a non sealed manner.</p> |
