A ground anchor fixing device is provided to fix, remove, and re-install a messenger wire by applying pressure to a wedge assembly or removing pressure from the wedge assembly. A ground anchor fixing device comprises a first fixing member(11) provided with a messenger wire(1) receptive groove(113) formed at one end to receive a messenger wire, and to rotate with the messenger wire, and corresponded to a section of the messenger wire, and a male screw unit(111) at the other end; a second fixing member(12) having a female screw unit(121) corresponded to the male screw unit and installed on the inner periphery; plural wedge intercepts(13) of which one end is fixed to the one end of the first fixing member, and of which other end has a taper unit separating from each other and mutually approaching to control the size of the outer periphery; a wedge assembly inserting the messenger wire in the inner periphery of the other end unit of the wedge intercept to clamp the messenger wire with friction force between the inner periphery of the wedge intercept and the messenger wire; and a casing(20) including an insertion hole(21) formed at one end, wherein the messenger wire passes through, a pressurizing unit formed at one end to pressurize the taper unit, preventing the second fixing member from rotating, and allowing the second fixing member to move in the central direction. |
