PURPOSE: To highly balance ice-snow performance and wear resistance of a pneumatic tire. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire has a cap tread made of a rubber composition containing 100 pts.wt. diene rubber having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -45 deg.C or less and 1-50 pts.wt. organic hollow polymer having a mean particle size of 5μm or less, a porosity of 30-80%, and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 30 deg.C or more.
