PURPOSE: To manufacture a thin wall tube and product having a cross-sectional shape corresponding to a tube which are formed in good formability and at high speed without generating buckling and edge wave in edge parts in the manufacture of the thin wall tube. CONSTITUTION: By using ordinary cold roll forming devices (B1 , B2 ...B4 , CL, FS, SQ) and combining a belt conveyer with a flexible flat belt 1 with them, the cold roll forming is executed so as to cover a base stock 10 with the flat belt 1 by passing the base stock 10 placed on the flat belt l through between forming rolls. In this way, even when it is a welded tube having the ratio of thickness/outside diameter (t/D×100)<=1%, the tube is formed in good formability and at high speed without generating the so-called buckling and edge wave in the edge parts.
