<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain recycled paper of good texture by disintegrating silicone- coated paper and newly forming sheets after a specific monophosphoric ester salt is admixed thereto. SOLUTION: When recycled paper is formed by using silicone-coated paper as a raw material, the silicone-coated paper is disintegrated in water or in an aqueous solution to which polyacrylic acid salt is added. Then, the pulp suspension is adjusted its pH to 10-12, preferably 12 then, the pulp is floated in the floating and deinking cell and the floating matter is separated. Then, one or more kinds of monophosphoric ester salts of the formula (R is a 8-18C alkyl or a 8-18C ethoxyalkyl; m is 1 or 2; M is H, ammonium or an alkali metal) is added to the resultant pulp suspension in an amount of 0.1-2.0 wt.% based on the weight of the silicone-coated paper as a raw material. Then, a sheet-forming machine is used to form the objective recycled paper sheets.</p> |
