<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate absence of a message in the case of printer abnormality. CONSTITUTION: A message managing process informs a printer managing process of abnormality (S5) if print processing (S3) ends in failure (S4) at a request (S2) to print a message, and performs connection processing (S7) for a printer at a connection request (S6) from a printer managing process, which performs printer abnormality processing in response to the printer abnormality report from the message managing process and sends a connection request to the message managing process at the printer connection request from a man-machine process. For this message print processing method, two printers for message printing are prepared and the printer managing process sends a connection request to the 2nd printer in the case of the printer abnormality. At this request, the message managing process, after performing connection processing, performs print processing (S10) from a message which are several messages before the message where the abnormality occurs.</p> |
