PURPOSE: To improve the operability of a lens barrel moving a focusing lens group provided in a front group lens barrel in an optical axis direction. CONSTITUTION: This lens barrel is provided with the focusing lens 7 provided to freely move in the optical axis direction in the front group lens barrel 3, a driving means 9 driving the focusing lens group 7, plural focus rings 1 and 2 mounted in front and in the rear in the optical axis direction on the outer periphery of the lens barrel 3 so that they can rotate around an optical axis, and detecting means 5 and 6 detecting the rotation of the focus rings 1 and 2; and it is equipped with an elastic member 4 arranged between the front and rear superposed parts of the focus rings 1 and 2 and mutually press- contacted and coupled with the front and the rear focus rings. |
