发明名称 LOW THERMAL EXPANSION SINTERED ALLOY AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PURPOSE: To produce sintered parts excellent in corrosion resistance, machinability, and dimensional accuracy by constituting the composition of a sintered alloy of Mo phase or W phase, having spongy cross sectional structure, and Cu or Cu alloy containing specific elements. CONSTITUTION: Mo powder or W powder of about 40-300μm grain size, prepared by crushing the porous sintered compact of Mo or W and having intercommunicating pores in the powder, is mixed with Cu powder or Cu alloy powder or powder of metals constituting Cu alloy. The resulting powder mixture is compacted and heated to a temp. above the melting point of Cu or Cu alloy to undergo liquid phase sintering. The Cu alloy to be used has a composition consisting of any of the following (a) to (g), by weight,: (a) 0.5-9% Sn and the balance Cu; (b) 0.5-9% Sn, 0.03-0.5% P, and the balance Cu; (c) 0.5-9% Sn, 1-3% Si, and the balance Cu; (d) 5-11% Al and the balance Cu; (e) 1-50% Zn and the balance Cu; (f) 1-50% Zn, 0.5-9% Sn, and the balance Cu; (g) 1-50% Zn; 1-3% Al, and the balance Cu.
