PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a defective product by providing an injection condition altering process feeding back heater temp., inojection pressure, injection speed and an injection time to initial conditions at the time of the defective product. CONSTITUTION: Since a molten resin is subjected to injection molding to cover the surfaces of the tips of an optical sensors 45, 46, 47, the light detection parts of the sensors do not receive reflected light at all and the light detection part of an optical sensor 44 detects total reflection to judge a good product. When a number-of-time-of-injection register becomes n=3, if inferiority is yet generated under this injection condition, map values are increased or decreased byΔt,Δp,Δv,Δtm and predetermined quantities are further altered with respect only to ones of inferior conditions. By this constitution, injection molding is automatically performed under the optimum conditions.
