LIGHT FIRE-PROOF HEAT-INSULATING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To provide a light, incombustible, and inexpensive heat-insulating material which is excellent in heat-insulation and extremely easily worked. CONSTITUTION: Rigid urethane foam is used for a core material 2 and aluminum hydroxide paper is used for a surface material 3 and a gas barrier layer 4 is provided between the core material and the surface material. The weight of the aluminum hydroxide paper is 50-2000g/m<2> and the favorable thickness of the gas barrier layer 4 is 10-200μm.
