A magnetic force rotating device is provided to generate a rotation torque with high efficiency by reducing power loss of an initial driving force. A magnetic force rotating device includes a rotating shaft(20), a plurality of rotating bodies(30), an electromagnet(40), and a control unit(50). The plurality of rotating bodies(30) is fixedly installed at a predetermined gap along a shaft direction of the rotating shaft(20), and are magnetized to have multiple polarities. The electromagnet is installed within a magnetic field influence area of the neighboring rotating body(30), and drives the rotating body(30) by attractive and repulsive forces of a magnetic force. The control unit(50) is sequentially magnetized to each electromagnet(40). The rotating body(30) is fixed to the rotating shaft(20) by being offset in a positive or negative direction at a predetermined angle to generate a magnetic force line of a circumferential direction.
