PURPOSE: To obtain the subject sheet capable of being easily formed, good in strength and hardness, having a biodegradability, and useful as a card, etc., by blending a chemically synthesized poly-ε-caprolactone having the biodegradability with a polylactic acid having the biodegradability. CONSTITUTION: This sheet having a biodegradability comprises blending (B) 3-30wt.% poly-ε-caprolactone with (A) 97-70wt.% polylactic acid. Further, e.g. it is preferable to use a crystalline thermoplastic aliphatic polyester-base resin obtained by chemically polymerizing lactic acid which is obtained by the anaerobic lactic fermentation of glucose, etc., using a microorganism such as Lactobacillus, etc., as the component (A), more specifically the polymer having 1.20-1.35g/cm<3> density, approximately 40g/10min MFR (melt flow rate), 160-190 deg.C melting point, 80-110 deg.C and 159-170 deg.C crystallization temperatures and 100000-800000 average molecular weight.
