A hose joint device having a rapid jointing function is provided to reduce man power and to improve the efficiency of installation by simply inserting the joint device in the connection part and finishing the combination. A hose joint device(1) having a rapid jointing function comprises a supporting pipe(3) formed on the inner surface of a connecting part(2); a hanging elastic pipe(10) inserted between the supporting pipe and the connection part, formed with plural cut grooves inside, and arranged with a hanging piece to be overturned by a hose; a supporting ring(20) precluding the hanging piece from contacting a packing(30); the packing formed with a recessed groove toward the inside of the joint device; a fixing device(40) inserted in a hanging groove in the connection part; and a screw(5) completely fixed with the outside of the connection part after inserting the fixing device.
