A speaker assembly and a video device are provided to restrain the speaker assembly from being vibrated when a speaker generates sound, thereby completely reproducing sound. A speaker assembly(100) includes a case, a circular guide bracket(140) and a speaker(110). The circular guide bracket is formed at a side of a case. A part of a side surface of the circular guide bracket is opened so that the circular guide bracket has a shape of a plurality of ribs. The speaker is put on the guide bracket. An edge of the speaker is seated on the guide bracket. The speaker assembly is coupled to both sides of a video display part(220) such as a CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) or a liquid crystal panel in a video device(200). A housing of the video device includes a front cover(210) and a back cover coupled to a back surface of the front cover.
