PURPOSE: To obtain a liquid seasoning, well-balanced in characteristics of both tastes of MISO (soybean paste) and sesame, capable of providing broad taste which has not been obtained hitherto and exhibiting extremely good taste even when it is directly applied to meats or a food consisting mainly of meats or a food jointly using both of meats and vegetable and these meat or food are eaten. CONSTITUTION: In this liquid seasoning containing vinegar or juice of citrus fruits and MISO and sesame oil, contents of the MISO and the sesame oil are each 10-30wt.% and 5-15wt.% based on total amount of the liquid seasoning and common salt content is 3.0-9.0wt.% based on total amount of the liquid seasoning and pH of the liquid seasoning is 3.8-4.5. |
