PURPOSE: To provide a lighting method by which the visibility of a workman is secured, the concentration degree of the workman is heighten, and the save of energy is conducted. CONSTITUTION: A narrow angle reflector 2 lighting a working area, a wide angle reflector 3 lighting the periphery portion of the working area, and a filter 4 are provided. The horizontal plane illuminance of the working area is set to be higher than the horizontal plane illuminance of the periphery portion, and the illumination ratio of the working area illuminance and the periphery portion illuminance is set to be 3.3 to 20. |
