MULTIWINDOW MONITOR SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide a monitor system which can grasp a process state efficiently while maintaining a simple screen by evading the overlap of one window an another window. CONSTITUTION: Monitor screens are generated by a plotting tool and at least two monitor screens are embedded as window figures 14 and 15 in a part of a screen 1 so that they can be observed while being contrasted with each other. Momentarily changing information displayed in the window figures 14 and 15 is made to follow up changes of data gathered via on-line from a monitor equipment installed in a monitor place. Various monitor screens to be displayed in the window figures 14 and 15 are prepared and stored in the memory of a computer, and monitor screens appearing currently as the window shapes 14 and 15 can be switched under control instantaneously to other monitor screens present in the memory of the computer.
