<p>PURPOSE: To provide an operation control method for blast furnace which accurately judges control timing and a controlled variable by obtaining prediction results quantitatively and a system which is used for the control. CONSTITUTION: The calculation part 2 of a computer 1 is given the temperature difference between a feed water side and a water discharge side of a stave detected by a thermometer 11 arranged in the blast furnace 10 at a specific period. The calculation part 2 generates an input vector and an output vector on the basis of time-series data on temperature differences and calculates a predicted value of the temperature difference of the basis of the generated input vector and output vector and the time-series data of the temperature difference by using a simplex projection method, and an output part 4 sends it to a host computer 20. The host computer 20 adjusts a blast temperature, a blast amount, the supply amount of raw materials, etc., at a specific timing by using given predicted value and performs control so that the state of the blast furnace 10 becomes stable.</p> |
