PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic processing device which improves the efficiency of a wax pattern forming at a model and the operational environment by directly melting a solid wax using the ultrasonic processing device (tool) and by stably storing a comparatively large amount of molten wax in the tool. CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of a hand piece assembly 1 incorporating a horn section 3 which outputs an ultrasonic wave of a prescribed frequency, and an ultrasonic tool 5 with a certain length for processing wax, which is mounted on the hand piece assembly 1. The length of the ultrasonic tool is adjusted so that one or more oscillation mode sections can be set on the exposed portion of the ultrasonic tool other than its tip.
