FIELD: dairy industry; equipment of crystallization of lactose. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to dairy industry. The installation includes two columns connected among themselves by the pipes for circulation of the saturated solution of lactose from one column into other. The columns are supplied with the covers with fitting pipes for feeding of the crystallized solution, the unions for withdrawal of the air from them and the bubblers for the cold air feeding in one of the columns and the hot air - into the other column. The torrents of such an air are formed by the vortex pipe. The column, in which the cold air is fed, is supplied with the union for withdrawal of the ready crystallized mass. The invention ensures the high efficiency of the installation and the improvement of the quality of the finished product due to homogeneity of the granulometric composition. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the homogeneity of the granulometric composition, the high efficiency of the installation, the improved quality of the finished product. ^ 1 dwg |
