PURPOSE: To accurately find the receiving level of a receiver for radio waves from a mobile measurement vehicle without relying upon the moving speed of the vehicle at the time of measuring the average radio wave receiving level of the receiver when the vehicle moves in a fixed section by transmitting the radio waves from the vehicle while the vehicle moves and receiving the radio waves by means of the receiver fixed to a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION: A mobile measurement vehicle 1 transmits radio waves from a transmitter 101 while the vehicle 1 moves. While the transmitter 101 transmits the radio waves, a controller 104 on the vehicle 1 records the moving distance of the vehicle 1 based on the data from a clock 103 and distance sensor 102. On the receiving side, on the other hand, a receiver 201 receives the radio waves from the transmitter 101. A controller 203 on the receiving side records the receiving level of the receiver 201 at regular time intervals based on the time data from a clock 202. Then the average receiving level of the receiver 201 in a fixed section is found based on the moving distance of the vehicle 1 and receiving level recorded at the regular internals. |
