PURPOSE: To decrease the number of steps of operation which is performed to make an current processing unit step to a desired processing unit after the current processing unit. CONSTITUTION: A main control part 10 compares the order of a processing unit to be executed which is stored in an executed processing unit storage part 4 with the order of a processing unit which is selected and instructed by a processing unit instruction part 5 on the basis of predetermined order. When the instructed processing unit is precedent to the processing unit to be executed, the main control part 10 controls a default processing execution part 12 to performs default processing for respective processing units from the order of the processing unit to be executed to the order of the instructed processing unit. The main control part 10 stores a document data storage part 7 with setting information corresponding to the respective processing units for which the default processings are performed. Therefor, a stepping to the desired processing unit after the current processing unit is made only by selecting and instructing of the desired processing unit, so the number of steps of operation performed to advance the processing units can be decreased. |
