MOLD FOR LAMINATED MOLDED FORM AND MOLDING METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To provide a mold for a laminated molded form in which the manufacturing efficiency of the form is improved and a method for molding the same. CONSTITUTION: A mold 1 is divided into a male mold 10 and a female mold 20. A band 30 for holding the edge of a skin surface material 2 at the outer periphery 13 of the mold 10 is provided at the mold 10, and a cavity 22 is extended to the position of the downstream side of the flow of a melted resin from the position for holding the material 2 by the band 30. When the melted resin is filled between the material 2 and the mold 10 from a sprue 12, the part of the material 2 near the edge is pressed by the melted resin which tends to spread to the mold 1, moved to the downstream side from the position fixed by the band 30, and the part to become the edge of the molded form is covered with on both the front and rear surfaces with the material 2.
