摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade, capable of being manufactured simply and inexpensively and having mechanical characteristics suitable for use conditions by conducting the measurement of flattening in constituent parts of the blade and digital simulation and applying the inflation under gas pressure and superplastic forming. SOLUTION: A first step of this manufacturing process includes the work called flattening, which means the contraction accompanying the correction of twist and warp. Each section is machied, such that the whole constituent parts 11, 12 are attached to a surface 13 of an invariable lower face. A second step includes forging of primary parts 11 to 13 constituting a blade by a die press on the press. At the next step, the primary parts 11 to 13 are assembled to obtain an assembly 14 using two centering column legs 15, 16. Then, at the step of inflation under gas pressure, superplastic forming step, and final machining step, parameters, particularly applied temperature and pressure, are determined according to the materials of the ports.
