PURPOSE: To provide the water-soluble detergent for metallic material advantageous in terms of environment and safety, high in cleaning effect and without eroding the metallic material itself. CONSTITUTION: This detergent consists of a grease decomposing enzyme and a nonionic surfactant, and the ratio of the enzyme to surfactant is controlled to (100:1) to (1:1000) and the pH to 0.5 to 1.0. Lipase from microorganism, lipase from milk and lipase from pancreas are appropriately used as the grease decomposing enzyme. |
