MAINTENANCE ROUND WORK TABLE GENERATOR

PURPOSE: To provide the maintenance round work table generator which generates a maintenance round work table in consideration of outside works. CONSTITUTION: A repair work information storage part 11c where the scheduled day of repair work of building equipment is stored and a field information processing part 14e which determines the verification work execution day for repair work based on the scheduled day of repair work and assigns the building to be subjected to verification work and another building as the object of maintenance work based on the verification execution day are provided. Thus, the labor and the time which the generator of the maintenance round work table requires for the assignment change work of maintenance work days are considerably reduced.
